After accepting an appointment with Fix My Mind by either telephone or email, you the client in accepting the appointment also accept the following conditions for the appointment.
All appointments are subject to a deposit. This deposit must be paid within the time specified in the appointment confirmation. Failure to do this could result in the appointment being cancelled.
Any appointment that needs to be cancelled or rearranged must be made via email and received no less than 96hrs working hours prior to the appointment. This specifically means 9am-6pm GMT on a Monday to Friday.
A notification received in advance of 96hrs will be subject to a refund should the client wish to cancel, or rearranged at a mutually convenient time.
Should a notification be received in less than 96hrs before the appointment, the full session fee will be due.
In addition, should any pre-session work that is due in advance of the session not be to the specified standard as stated in the confirmation, it is at the therapists discretion to reschedule or cancel the appointment. It is the clients responsibility to complete the pre-session work that is sent in each appointment confirmation.
Upon cancelling an appointment any potential further booking is at the discretion of Fix My Mind.
Rescheduling before the 96 hour deadline will allow the deposit to be carried over to the new appointment. The new appointment will have the same terms and conditions for cancelling.
Appointment times are as stated by the therapist. Late attendance for a session may not guarantee a full session.

At all times there is complete confidentiality between therapist and client, subject to all legal conditions.
The length of the appointment is at the discretion of the therapist. Although scheduled for a specific length of time, if it is appropriate to end the session earlier, this is at the discretion of the therapist. Whether the session is ended earlier or extended, the consultation fee remains the same.
Clients will be requested to complete a pre-session questionnaire prior to their session/s. Should this not be completed within the specified timeframe, or to the required standard, then the appointment may be cancelled by the therapist.
Clients are requested, in online appointments to be sat at a desk, with a laptop, tablet or desktop. Mobile phones are not recommended for therapy.
Clients must not be in an external environment e.g. a car, a park etc.

We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the service that you choose. It would be unethical to provide a guarantee for a clients treatment, there is no medication, operation or procedure that has a 100% success rate across the board and clients experience may vary from person to person.
In the event that the therapy is unsuccessful, we do not offer a refund or part refund.
These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the web site whether in contract or tort or otherwise the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
