Justin Timberlake has been in London’s O2 playing sold out gigs. His set’s are pretty energetic, so it’s a good thing he doesn’t smoke any more! He allegedly stopped smoking with hypnotherapy:

If you smoke 20 a day, you’re burning just over £50 a week. Ironically, that’s the price of a ticket to see him play in London. And if he’s not your bag, imagine all of the cool stuff you could do with an extra £2,750 every year. That’d be some pay rise, right? You could probably do most things you want to do in London this year and it not ‘cost’ you anything as a result of the saving you made through stopping smoking.
I’d probably use it to have a mega holiday what would you do? As ever, the Evening Standard gives a lot of hints and tips:

Now living the life of a superstar may be out of reach for the majority of us. However, you can have some of the exact same experiences as people who’ve given up smoking, if you were to choose hypnotherapy. However, here’s an unbiased guide to why hypnotherapy for stopping smoke works:
How stop smoking with hypnotherapy can work:
Time – you can stop smoking with hypnotherapy quite quickly*.
Side effects – I don’t think anyone would say that stopping smoking is bad for you
Ultimately it comes down to personal choice. And if you’re going to stop, it’s my experience that only clients who are massively motivated are more likely to stop*. That may sound like the bleeding obvious, however, if people are being nagged to stop, they are more likely to do the exact opposite. Just think, if say to you don’t think of a blue tree, what did you just do? The same goes for when people ask/order us to do something, we are compelled to do the complete opposite.
We work with smokers week in, week out. And you can find some details of our treatment here:
